How do I report a bug?

If you find a bug in the software, we definitely want to hear from you so we can get it fixed as soon as possible. You can report a bug either by sending us a note through our standard support channels or by filling out a bug report.

To access the bug report, hover over the Feedback tab in the top navigation panel:

From there, click on Report A Bug:

That will take you to our Bug Report form.

Please complete the fields on that form and click submit to send it to us. Provide as much detail as possible to help us isolate the issue.
