How are tasks prioritized?

On your task list, the tasks are ordered by a priority rating for each task, with the highest score at the top and the lowest score at the bottom.

Plainly Legal™ uses a formula to rate each task based on the potential downside to your business and the time and effort involved in completing the tasks. All else being equal, tasks with a bigger downside (in terms of both size and likelihood of happening) are rated higher. Similarly, all else being equal, tasks that are simpler to complete are rated higher.
