Updating Your Legal Audit Answers
We get it... your business is dynamic, which means it is always changing. Maybe you want to add a brand, a website, an offer, or a teammate... As your business changes, you need to update your audit answer to make sure that your Legal Task Manager is complete. Here how you do that.
Step One: Click The "Update Audit" Button
When you are in the Legal Task Manager, there is a coral-colored button at the top that says "Update Audit."
Click on that button to open your audit answers. You'll be taken to the first screen in the legal audit:
Step Two: Navigate To The Right Section Using The Side Navigation Pannel
When you go to update your audit, you don't go through all the questions one by one; you choose what you need to update by navigating to the proper section using the side navigation panel:
The side navigation panel has nested menus, so you may have to expand multiple sections to get to the right editing screen (e.g., if you are adding a guest expert to an existing membership, you would click on Paid Offers, then click Membership, then click on the name of the membership).
Step Three: Change Your Answer
Once you've found the right spot, you can change your answer as you would during the initial legal audit. Just click on the appropriate option (or options) to change your answer.
Step Four: Follow The Prompts From There
When you change an answer, our system will automatically determine the questions it needs to ask you from there. From there, answer the prompts that are presented in order. When the "Save Audit" button appears at at the bottom right of your screen, you'll know you've answered all the questions we need based on your changes.
Step Five: Click Save Audit
Once you've made all the changes you want to make and answered all the prompts, make sure to click the "Save Audit" button to save your changes. That will then take you back to your list of tasks.
