What information do I need for the legal audit?

The audit asks you a series of questions about your business to collect the information our system needs to create your custom legal task list. Here are the categories we’ll ask you about:

  • Your Corporate Entities - We’ll ask if you have created any corporate entities and some details about any entities you have created.
  • Brand Names - We’ll ask whether you use a brand name other than your individual name. For these questions, include your primary brand name and names you use for marketing platforms (e.g., your podcast name). Don’t include product names in these answers, as you’ll address that in a later section.
  • Websites & Landing Pages - This section aims to identify anywhere you are hosting website content online, whether on your website or other pages. First, we’ll ask you to identify your website (or websites), and you can enter either the URL or the name of your site. Second, we’ll ask you to identify any software that you use to host pages outside of your website. This could include things like software that hosts opt-in pages, webinar registration pages, sales pages, etc.
  • Marketing - We’ll ask you to identify the channels you use to market your business, including things like podcasts, email marketing, social media, and affiliates. Depending on your answers, we’ll ask you to provide more information.
  • Your Team - We’ll ask questions about your employees and contractors so we can identify tasks related to each of these team members.
  • Your Paid Offers - We’ll ask you to identify what you sell in your business. Depending on the type of offer, we’ll ask you for more information to identify agreements you might need to create.
