There are two simple ways to contact a real human at Plainly Legal™.
Use The Chat Box - At the bottom right of your screen, you should see a chat bubble. It's a coral-colored widget. If you click on that widget, you can send a question to us immediately. If one of our teammates is in front of their computer at the time, you might just get an immediate response.
- Send Us An Email - You can always email us at support@plainlylegal.com. Your message will land in our shared support inbox, where you'll get a response from the first available agent.
A quick note about timing... Our team works regular business hours (Eastern time zone) during the week. Our response time will generally be a bit slower outside of these times, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.
