How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We are sorry to see you go, but we understand. We've made the process simple, so you can cancel your account in the Plainly Legal™ software.
To do so, access your account details by clicking on your avatar bubble and then clicking Manage account.
That will take you to your Profile Page. From there, click on Subscription & Billing in the sidebar navigation menu:
That will take you to your billing details. From there, click on the Update Billing button:
That will take you to your Stripe Billing Portal, where you can cancel your subscription. Just click the Cancel plan button at the upper right:
That will take you to a page where you can confirm your cancellation. Just click the "Cancel plan" button on this page to confirm your cancellation:
Once you click that button, your subscription will be canceled.
You will retain access until your next billing period. Plainly Legal™ will archive your files from your subscription for up to 6 months in the event you have a change of heart and decide to rejoin the app. After that point, we reserve the right to delete your files, meaning they will no longer be available to you (even if you ultimately resubscribe).
